It’s really cool. There’s Niagara Falls there and cool, different kinds of squirrels (they are totally black) and really cool flowers.
And we got to go on a really high building. We ate lunch there. It was really fancy and it was spinning around slowly. Mommy put a sugar packet on the spiny part (next to the window). It said Sherman on it. I was hoping it would come around right next to us again, but it didn’t.
We got to see the boats disappear into the mist water. And we went into the gift shop and got Niagara Fall boats. It’s a magnet. It’s really cool, it waddles. It seems like the ocean with waves and three red boats!
Then we drove around and saw lots of grape bushes. We parked the car somewhere and then went walking around the town. We tried the chocolate. It was really yummy.
We have Canadian money now!! I have a penny, a nickel, a dime and a dollar. The money is really different and really cool, too.
Thank you for reading my blog!
Hi Serena,
What a pleasant surprise it was to read this blog – I’ve been hoping to find new blogs from you and Camille and Cole since you got back to Massachusetts.
I enjoyed reading about your visit to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, and seeing the photos you included, especially the one of the squirrel and the one of The Falls
with the boat – which reminds me of the time (over 40 years ago) that Grandpa and I took the Maid of the Mist boat ride with your Dad and Uncle David (who were young boys then) from the American side of Niagara Falls..
I look forward to reading more blogs (from the Roadschooling Shermans) soon.
Love, Grandma
